Stay cool all summer — without watching your power bill climb.
Licensed Perth electricians installing ceiling fans the right way — quiet, secure, and wired to last. Cooling that costs just cents an hour to run.

It's late, the bedroom's still stuffy, and the aircon's been running for hours
You know the Perth summer routine. The house holds the heat long after sundown — one room's freezing under the split, the rest sits dead still and warm. Then the power bill turns up, and you already know what it says.

Feel the difference a fan makes
Drag the speed up and watch the wind-chill effect — and the running cost. A fan doesn't cool the air, it makes you feel cooler.
Wind-chill, in real numbers
Same room, same thermometer — but a steady breeze makes it feel noticeably cooler.
Indicative figures based on typical Australian running-cost data and the wind-chill / thermostat-setback principle. Run a fan with your aircon and you can ease the thermostat up a degree or two without noticing.
Small upgrade. Felt every single day.
Sleep through the night
A steady breeze over the bed is the difference between tossing and turning and a full eight hours. Bedrooms are the #1 fan request we get in Perth.
Ease off the aircon
A fan makes you feel cooler, so you can nudge the thermostat up a degree or two and not notice the difference — except on the bill.
Even out hot & cold spots
No more freezing under the split while the far corner stays warm. A ceiling fan circulates air so the whole room sits at one comfortable temperature.
Use it all year
Reverse the blades in winter to push warm air back down. It earns its keep twelve months a year.
Whisper-quiet DC motors
Modern fans are barely audible — a world away from the rattly old units in plenty of WA homes.
Lift the look of the room
A modern fan with integrated lighting tidies a ceiling and quietly modernises a space — buyers and tenants notice.

DC-motor fans
Most recommended for bedrooms & living areasThe quiet, energy-efficient pick. Lower running cost, more speed settings and usually remote-controlled. They move a serious volume of air on just a few watts.
- Barely audible at low speed
- 6+ speed settings & remote control
- Lowest running cost — cents per hour

Fans with integrated LED lighting
One fitting, two jobsIdeal where you've only got a single ceiling point. A clean, modern look that lights and cools the room without a second fixture.
- Dimmable, warm-to-cool LED options
- Replaces a single light fitting neatly
- Fan-rated mount fitted as standard

Smart & Wi-Fi fans
Control from your phoneSet schedules, run it from the couch, or pair it with Google Home or Alexa. We handle the wiring and the app pairing so it just works.
- Voice control & automation ready
- Schedules for hot afternoons
- Full app pairing & setup included

Outdoor & alfresco fans
IP-rated for Perth conditionsAn indoor fan installed outside won't last — it corrodes and the warranty voids. We match a properly sealed, correctly-rated fan to your patio, alfresco or coastal spot.
- Correct IP rating for the location
- Built for salt air & moisture
- Wired on a circuit right for outdoors

AC-motor & classic fans
Solid, lower upfront costThe standard for years and still a sound choice. If you love a traditional look or want to keep the spend down, we'll fit and wire it to the same compliant standard.
- Lower upfront price
- Wide range of timeless styles
- Supply & install, or install your own

Ceiling fan installation FAQs
Still not sure?
Tell us your suburb and what you're after — we'll give you a straight answer and a firm price.
Ask us anythingA straightforward replacement where wiring already exists usually takes around an hour. A brand-new install with no existing point takes longer, as we may need to run cable and fit a switch. We'll give you a clear time when we quote.
Usually yes — but a fan is heavier and needs a proper fan-rated mount, so we can't just hang it off a standard light bracket. We'll check the fixing point and sort the right mount as part of the job.
As a rule of thumb, larger rooms need a larger blade span to move air effectively, and high or open-plan spaces benefit from high-airflow fans. Low ceilings may need a low-profile "hugger" for safe clearance. We'll recommend the right size when we see the space.
Outdoor-rated fans are sealed and built with an appropriate IP rating for the conditions — covered patios need one rating, exposed or coastal spots another. An indoor fan installed outside corrodes, warps and voids its warranty. We match the right fan to where it's actually going.
It depends on whether there's existing wiring, how many fans, ceiling height and access, and the fan itself. That's exactly why we quote upfront — you'll have a firm price before any work starts, with no surprises.
Either works. We can recommend and supply a quality fan to suit your room, or install one you've already bought. Just let us know.
In WA, ceiling fan wiring must be done by a licensed electrician — DIY electrical work is illegal and can void your home insurance. It's also genuinely a job worth getting right: a heavy fitting, hard-wired, spinning above where your family sits and sleeps.
Absolutely — most multi-room jobs are done in a single visit, which usually works out better on price too.
A cooler home is one phone call away
Every year the calls spike the week the temperature does — and that's the week everyone's booked out. Get your fans sorted now and walk into summer with better sleep and an aircon that finally gets a break.
